Spanaway Christian Center is located in Spanaway, Washington -- approximately five miles south of the city limits of Tacoma, and virtually within the shadow of beautiful Mount Rainier. The Tacoma / Parkland / Spanaway area is approximately thirty-five miles south of Seattle, and is bordered by the Puget Sound and Olympic Mountains on the west, and the Cascade Mountains on the east. The South Sound region is home to a number of military installations, including McChord Air Force Base, Fort Lewis Army Base, Madigan Army Medical Center, Naval Base Kitsap (Bangor), and the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (Bremerton).

Driving from the north or the south on Washington Interstate 5:
Take Exit 127 (the Mount Rainier/Puyallup exit) onto State Highway 512 East (this exit is located just south of the city limits of Tacoma). Continue east on State Highway 512 East for approximately 2.0 miles, and take the Pacific Avenue, Parkland/ Spanaway exit (State Highway 7). Turn right (proceed south). Continue south on Pacific Avenue approximately 3.0 miles to 152nd Street East (also known as Military Road). Turn left (proceed east). Continue on 152nd Street for one-half mile; Marymount (SCC's current home) is on the left. Follow the signs into the complex.
Driving from the Puyallup / South Hill / Graham area:
From Meridian Street (State Highway 161), turn West onto 160th Street. Proceed West on 160th Street to Canyon Road (approximately 3.0 miles). Continue straight thru the intersection (you will now be on Brookdale Road). Continue on Brookdale Road for approximately 1.0 mile. You will come to a 'Y' in the road, keep to the left (onto 152nd Street). Continue West on 152nd Street for approximately 2.5 miles. Marymount (SCC's current home) is on the right. Driving from Marymount (the current church location):
From the entrance to the current church location (Marymount), proceed east on 152nd Street to 22nd Avenue East (approximately 1.2 miles). Turn right (proceed south) on 22nd Avenue East. Continue south on 22nd Avenue East approximately 3.8 miles. You will cross 208th Street, and then a railroad crossing. As you proceed up the hill past the railroad crossing, you will come to 215th Street East (Elk Ridge Road) on the left. The new church property is located on the northeast corner of 215th Street East and 22nd Avenue East.
